Engagement Session ~ Oregon City Portrait Photographer / Robinwood Photography

This was a very special E-Session because it was with my niece.  They are the most adorable couple and made my job easy to capture their love for one another! We started off in an amazing field of dahlias!  I've been eying this spot for a while and was excited to use it!  We then moved on to a park for more casual ones.  However, we ran into a huge challenge! There happened to be a huge track meet there.  So the parking lots were full and where I usually take pictures with the fall colored trees had cars lined up in the fields.  My favorite wood bridge was the finish line with flags draped all over it.  But we didn't panic and made the best of it.  We got all set up to take pictures and here came the swarm of kids coming around the track.  So we had to time our shots around them and I still had to edit some stragglers out of the background.  When we heard them announce last lap, we went ahead and set up our last scene for a camping theme!  They both love hunting so it was perfect for them!  With all the obstacles, they were great sports!  You never know what kind of issues you'll run into, but the best advise is to just roll with it!

This shot was them looking at the swarm of kids running our way!

My neighbor gave us this log from his tree they cut down. A perfect heart shape!  It's a great  rustic prop!
